Banana oatmeal bread?
Hmmmm yeah I wasn’t sure either until it went in my PIEHOLE
It’s simply filling if you’re playing along at home. (The only other Weight Watcher’s endorsed plan other than tracking)
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg (you can sub 4 tbsp egg whites)
WW oatmeal (I haven’t tried another brand so I can’t speak to it)
Pie spice (I use Penzey’s pie spice, it’s AMAZING!) or cinnamon
Mix and bake in mini meatloaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and let the magic commence.
Some folks have added blueberries to the bottom – and I know that can’t suck at all. This mini loaf has saved me more times than I can count. I use it as breakfast, a mid afternoon snack and a nighttime dessert. The versatility is amazing.
