Tortilla soup and homemade tortilla chips! Helllll yes!
3 garlic cloves
3 chicken breasts
Can of black beans
Can of corn
Can of tomatoes
Can of enchilada sauce
4 c chicken stock
Place first three ingredients in bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken and all canned items. Pour chicken stock over. Cook on high for three hours. Remove chicken and shred. Enjoy!

edit: I did not calculate the points b/c on simply filling I don’t have to track any of it except for the smidge of avocado.
This soup reheats very well and is very filling. You can increase or decrease the heat as you’d like.
